Terms of Service
Effective 28 Sep 2026. These terms cover apps.infinihash.com (the "Store") and, unless an app publishes its own terms, every InfiniHash app listed on it (each an "App"). The Store and the Apps are operated by InfiniHash LLC, Michigan, United States ("InfiniHash", "we").
1. The service
The Store is a catalog and billing service. The Apps are software tools that record actions your team takes and produce documents about them. You may use them for your business or organization under these terms and the plan you selected.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accounts you create in an App, for keeping credentials confidential and for the actions taken under them. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the organization you sign up on behalf of. Notify us at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
3. Plans, fees and cancellation
Free plans are free. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown on the App's pricing page when you subscribe. You may cancel at any time from the App's billing page; the plan runs to the end of the paid period and then returns to the free plan. Refunds are governed by the refund policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next billing period.
4. Your data
You own the data you put into an App and the documents it generates for you. You grant us the rights needed to store, process, back up and display it in order to run the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to upload the data you upload, including information about your employees, vendors and clients.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use an App to send unsolicited email, to harass anyone, to store content you have no right to store, to probe or disrupt the service, or to break the law. Reviewer, vendor and client links must only be sent to people with a legitimate role in the process. We may suspend accounts that put other customers or third parties at risk, and will tell you why.
6. What the Apps are not
The Apps produce evidence and records. They are not legal, tax, audit, insurance or security advice, and their output does not certify that you or your organization complies with any law, standard or framework. Whether a record satisfies an auditor, insurer or regulator is a judgment for you and them.
7. Availability and support
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Live health is published on the status page. Support is by email at [email protected]; paid plans marked "priority support" are answered first.
8. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfiniHash is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate for breach of these terms after notice where practicable. On termination your data is deleted according to the App's documented deletion practice; export what you need first.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the App at least 14 days before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
