Refund Policy

Effective 28 Sep 2026. Applies to every paid plan of an InfiniHash app billed through apps.infinihash.com.

The short version

• Every app has a free plan. Try the app on it before you pay.
• Paid plans are monthly and cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• Within 14 days of your first charge for an app, ask and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
• After that, we refund charges made in error (duplicate charges, charges after a cancellation) in full. Partial months are not refunded, except where the law where you live requires it.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the account's email address with the app name and the date of the charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancelling

Sign in to the app, open Billing, and choose Manage subscription to reach the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep the paid plan's limits until then and the account then returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted when you cancel.

Price changes

If we raise a price we tell you at least 30 days in advance by email. If you cancel before the new price takes effect you are never charged it.

Beta

While billing is closed for an app, every account runs on the top plan at no charge. There is nothing to refund, and nothing you create is lost when billing opens.
