What to include

- The app name, the email on the account, and the request id from the page footer or error page if there is one. Screenshots help; do not send passwords or full bank details.
- Billing
- The app name, the email used at checkout and the date of the charge. Refunds follow the refund policy.
- Security report
- Put "Security report" in the subject. See responsible disclosure for how we respond.
- Press and partnerships
- Tell us who you are and what you are working on. We answer within a few business days.
